Last saturday found us at manhattan fish market for lynette's 18th! (O: That was also the day they called me a fake Singaporean and made me try gongcha for the first time ever I am now a convert I disappoint myself cause I've made it a point to not be a victim of consumerism of beverage chains like starbucks and such. BUT THE HERBAL JELLY IS SO SOFT I FEEL LIKE A WOBBEGONG SUCKING IT ALL UP FILTERFEEDING OMNOMNOM okay i am pretty sure wobbegongs don't filter feed but you get the idea i remember reading somewhere that "wobbegong" actually means shaggy beard in some aboriginal language! Fun fact of the day yey. Abigail came back from the land down under and during lunch I didn't really get to talk to her but because I had to leave early to get home to study -:- and cause she was feeling unwell and headachey we left early and bussed home together and talked and commiserated about love and god and I just felt so happy cause its been long since I've talked to someone about such things with such catharsis and she provided me with a fresh perspective on thingabobbies and lemme see clearly what i once saw darkly (through a coloured looking glass) also i went to look at old photos (relatively old photos anyway) of us and here are some!

All these were taken before abigail left for melbourne and I remember the above photo with glee because we were at my place for a sleepover after stuffing our faces with sushi and we were sprawled all over the floor laughing and trying to hold charlotte down so we could epilate her legs.. must have been pretty long ago cause my hair was kind of really short! I think it was about two years back. And I remember waking up in the morning feeling like a loser cause I was the first to fall asleep at around four o clock in the morning we were halfway through gi joe then and i couldn't stay awake any longer so I ignored their attempts to keep me awake and fell promptly asleep.

I keep falling asleep at sleepovers which annoys me cause I have these dreams of staying awake throughout the night and doing cool stuff like iono having prata at three am or something (actually no I hate prata) but they never materialize cause I just can't stay awake hahaha but sleeping beauty i am not i am a violent sleeper when I used to sleep with my mommer i would punch her while asleep and wake up promptly after and realise what i'd done and be like OH SHIT and i'd try to pretend to go back to sleep but my mommer'd be awake (because i'd hit her -.- TOUGH LOVE) and i'd feel her staring daggers into my back aha SORRY MOMMYYY
